Dearest Irene,

We are truly saddened to hear about the death of your dear husband, Buck, and we send our heartfelt condolences to you during this most difficult time. The world has certainly lost a talented person. We are thankful he shared his talents with us and he will certainly be missed.

We loved Bucks humorous and comical style and appreciate him sharing it with us. I first became acquainted with Buck Henry when the satirical television show Get Smart was released and I have watched that show many, many times throughout the years because I thought it was ingenious. Thank you, Mr. Buck Henry for adding laughter, joy, and smiles to many lives around the world. You will not be forgotten.

May you continue to treasure the good memories you have and may God give you strength and soothe your broken heart during this difficult time. May prayers strengthen you and cherished memories comfort you. Psalm 23

"Buck! You were a class act. Please write plays for the angels. Go hang out with my mom, her face always lit up when she would say, "Buck asked, 'How's The Jessicas???'" I hope your transition was with immense peace and joy and may your memory comfort deeply all who knew you. God speed "Uncle" Buck, thank you so much for being such a light to my mom. Wow. Time marches on. With much appreciation, until we meet again!

I certainly hope you've found the Way Station on the way to Heaven and that James Mason met you there as you prepared for that final leg. There are rules, and Mr Jordan will make certain you are a good sport about all of it! Godspeed to an amazing mind and talent....loved your work all around. You will get started on something else soon, with lots of good creative company! "Mr Pendelton, do the words "you're not being a good sport" mean anything to you?" Huge memories of all your talent!
